Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

All tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

Beauty or skincare products that have been opened or used

Personalised or custom-made items
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Return Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs where applicable.
